We want you to love your watch. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Watches must be unworn and in their original condition, with the original box, packaging, paperwork, protective film and tags.
Watches that show signs of wear, resizing, damage or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to start a return

Contact us at mjewatches.a.m@gmail.com or through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your watch arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Warranty

Every watch is covered by a 90-day warranty against movement and manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for details.
