Are your watches authentic?

Yes. Every watch we sell is a genuine Invicta or TechnoMarine.

How much is shipping?

We ship within the US via USPS. Standard shipping is $15 for a small box or $18 for a large box. Express shipping is $25 for a small box or $28 for a large box. Your exact cost is shown at checkout. See Shipping & Returns for details.

What is your return policy?

You can return an unworn watch in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every watch is covered by a 90-day warranty against movement and manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page.

Are your watches water resistant?

Most models are water resistant, and many divers are rated for swimming and snorkeling. Check the water resistance listed on each product, and always keep the crown pushed in or screwed down before getting your watch wet.

What's the difference between automatic and quartz?

Automatic watches are powered by the motion of your wrist, so no battery is needed. Quartz watches run on a battery for grab-and-go accuracy and low maintenance.

Can I resize the bracelet?

Yes. Any local jeweler can remove links in a few minutes.

How do I care for my watch?

Rinse it in fresh water after salt water, keep the crown closed, and have automatic movements serviced every 4–5 years. See our Watch Care guide.
