We ship within the United States via USPS. Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

The box size depends on the watch you order. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
- Watches must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging, with any protective film and tags still attached.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
How to start a return
- Send us a message through our contact page within 7 days of delivery, with your order number
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address
- Ship the watch back to us and send us the tracking number
